What is PU injection?
PU stands for polyurethane, a resin that hardens and expands upon contact with water after injection. This fills all cracks, voids, and fissures in the concrete, leaving no room for water.
The technique is used for, among other things:
- Cracks in basement walls or concrete floors
- Water seepage through walls or foundations
- Leaking joints or connections
- Pressurized water problems in basements or garages

How does a concrete injection work?
1. Inspection & diagnosis
We analyze exactly where the moisture or water is entering and propose the right approach.
2. Injection with PU resin
The resin is injected into the cracks under pressure through small drill holes. It expands, hardens, and permanently seals the cracks.
3. Inspection & finishing
After the injection, we check if everything is perfectly sealed. If necessary, we perform a second treatment.
💡 The big advantage? Everything is done without demolition work. Your walls remain intact.

Are there Subsidies for Moisture Control?
You can soften the prices of moisture treatments by applying for a subsidy. Controlling moisture problems is considered a renovation project. Therefore, you can apply for a renovation subsidy.
Previously, this was the Flemish renovation subsidy and an energy subsidy from Fluvius, but from October 1, 2022, these subsidies were merged into the My Renovation Subsidy. You can get up to 50% of the cost back as a subsidy.
